What Time Should I Arrive at the Graduation Ceremony?
We recommend that graduates arrive promptly at 1:00 PM Sharp, 1 hour before the ceremony begins, to check in, receive instructions, do the rehearsal and get ready. This will allow enough time for any cap and gown adjustments and help you enjoy the moment without feeling rushed.

How Many Guests Can I Bring to the Graduation Ceremony, and How Can I Add Additional Guests?
Each graduate is allotted 1 guest. The venue has a maximum capacity of 800 people.
The fee for each additional guest is $25, and you can add up to 3 additional guests during the registration process. If you need to add more guests after registering, please contact our office to check seating availability.
What Should I Wear Under My Gown, and What Is Included with Registration?
We recommend wearing formal attire under your graduation gown for photos and comfort throughout the event. Men must wear long pants; shorts are not permitted.
